All booths are 10’ x 10’ with drapes. Includes: Booth sign, 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

Booth assignments is based on, In order of priority, date of receipt of contract and payment, and proximity to competitive or conflicting organizations. Be sure to indicate your first, second, third and fourth choices.

  • Conference sponsors and corporate members will receive priority selection

No space can be held without payment. Early reservations are encouraged. Confirmation of booth reservations will be made promptly. Booth numbers will be assigned in mid-August.

As an exhibiting company, we encourage you to have a prize giveaway. If you would like to hold your own drawing, indicate this on your reservation form, and will make note of that on marketing material.

Please note that an electrical outlet is NOT provided and will need to be pre-ordered by contacting AVMS.

The Galt House Expo Services (AVMS) is now utilizing a web portal for all exhibitor orders. Please use the link below for your electric and AV needs:

  • An error message will be displayed on the portal until equipment and quantity are selected.
  • All equipment pricing is per day
  • Exhibitor AV orders cannot be placed until 8/26/23

A. G. Exhibitions will warehouse and transfer all exhibits directed to them in and out of the exhibit area.

All correspondence and phone calls should be directed to Andy Garrett, (502) 664-2131 or at the address below. Exhibitor equipment is not covered by A. G. Exhibitions’ insurance. If insurance is desired, it must be secured by the exhibitor. Local pickup and delivery service will be available. All services will be provided at prevailing rates.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE GALT HOUSE.

The hotel does not have facilities to handle or store exhibits prior to the conference.

Any special services such as rental of furniture, signs or carpentry work and freight may be secured from our exhibit contractor, A. G. Exhibitions. Exhibitor packets with all requisition forms for services will be sent to each exhibitor by our exhibit contractor about August 1, 2023.

All details should be arranged early to minimize confusion and charges for overtime labor.
