Meet Our Speakers

Brandon Hess spent over 10 years in the management trenches, first as a companion animal veterinary hospital manager and then as the manager of a large specialty practice in Ohio (2016 AAHA Specialty Practice of the Year). Since 2016 Brandon has been consulting and speaking all over the United States. His background in leadership and degree in Psychology has given him a diverse knowledge base to pull from. Brandon currently lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife (RVT), 1 dog, 3 cats and ball python, in addition to being a partner in 3 small animal practices.
