Hotel Registration
Please note that reservations need to be confirmed no later than August 13, 2026.
The convention will be held at The Hilton Downtown in Lexington, Kentucky. A block of rooms has been held in the KVMA’s name. Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 859-231-9000 and referencing the KVMA Mid-America Conference or click the button.

Registration fees include continental breakfast and breaks. Lunch tickets are sold seprately. On-Site registration will be available each day starting Friday, Sept. 25 at 7 a.m. on the first floor outside of Exhibitor Hall A.
All registered attendees, except spouse/guest registrants receive access to a secure area on the KVMA website to download proceeding summaries.
Printed Proceedings are available for purchase and need to be pre-ordered for $50.00 by Sept. 1, 2026.
No pre-registrations will be accepted in the KVMA office after Sept. 5 and no refunds will be issued after this date.
KVTA or Respective State VTA member must provide proof of membership.
