She is the creator of the Six Functions of a Purpose-Driven Veterinary Team™, a practical, human-centered framework that helps teams build trust, clarity, accountability, results, and sustainable well-being.

Through her work with Veterinary Practice News, state associations, national conferences, and leadership programs, Rebecca bridges the gap between culture, communication, and operational excellence. Her approach blends evidence-informed strategy with real-world veterinary insight, empowering teams, leaders, and organizations to create workplaces where people can do meaningful work, stay engaged, and build lasting careers. Rebecca is the founder of Rebecca Rose Coaching LLC and serves on the Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine.
