Hannah Delk is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in animal healthcare, agriculture, education, and project management. A natural communicator and problem solver, she blends compassion for animals with strong business acumen.
Currently the Practice Manager at Brighton Animal Clinic in Lexington, Kentucky, Hannah leads a high-performing, five-doctor team, focusing on patient care, team well-being, and strategic operations. Her diverse background includes roles as a shepherdess, veterinary technician, educator, and leadership consultant.
Passionate about herding breeds—especially Shelties—and Livestock Guardian Dogs, Hannah is also a dedicated mentor known for her ability to inspire growth and bring clarity to complex challenges.
